Pumba Adventures:

Founded in 1998 by Alfonso Middleton, Pumba Adventures has been the organizers, marketers and guides of 4x4 tours and safari’s to various destinations in Southern Africa including Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe and Zambia.

Pumba Adventures has also been the host for the annual Pumba Quad- and Off-Road Enduro Race with an astonishing 1271 people attending the event in 2006.

More than 3500 people have attended the unique 4x4 Driver Training Programs presented by Alfonso. He has also done driver and rider training for:

• Land Rover.
• Nissan.
• Ford.
• Suzuki
• LA Sport.
• Safari Centre.

Alfonso has also been the host or co-host of off-road, nature and outdoor programs on the following radio stations:

• Radio Rippel in Pretoria.
• Radio Kragbron in Witbank.
• Radio Platorand in Middelburg.

Pumba Adventures has been the presenters and facilitators of various corporate team-building programs and fun-days for various local, national and international companies including Bosal SA, Escom, Telkom and ICASA.

The first requirement when applying for a position at Pumba Adventures is an absolute passion and love for wildlife, nature, adventure, people and the outdoors.
